Like Afghanistan? removing the Taliban and bringing basic rights to woman. Like Iraq? removing a brutal dictator who killed hundreds and thousands of his own people.

Or is it that we just make “this place” better?

A truely disgusting remark; and not one that lends itself or the speaker towards accomplishing anything for the common good.

Malloy thinks that everything touched by him gets better immediately … I wonder how all of the time that he spent away from Stamford made “this place better for having lived in it” when he was still the Mayor last year … he should take a closer look at his city’s ability to determine market values for commercial properties and he should tell the Stamford taxpayers the truth about why they need to pay so much more in taxes while the owners of commercial properties get their taxes cut … if he wants to criticize someone, then he should look at the specific individuals working for him in Stamford, not at Republicans …
