This should be an interesting challenge for Speaker-in-waiting Chris Donovan… A health care bill that Republicans are describing as a “gateway to universal health care” is being debated in the House right now.

The bill passed 102-43. It opens up the state health care plan to small businesses, municipalities and nonprofits. You can see the bill here.
