Both Sen. Sam Caligiuri and Sen. John McKinney appeared on FOX61’s The Real Story today. Caligiuri was there to talk about his race against Chris Dodd (and Rob Simmons), and McKinney was there to talk about his possible run in the 4th district.

Terrible makeup job on Healy.
McKinney. Wasn’t he the guy who voted against the rent minimim wage adjustment because he thought all those McDonald’s workers were getting paid too much?
And wasn’t he the guy who thought it’d be a good idea to allow CT’s casinos to serve alcohol all night long, even after closing time for the rest of the state? (Luckily Rell ended this wild idea before it resulted in real highway carnage).
Can anyone tell me what McKinney’s big accomplishments have been, except having been born a McKinney?

That was a fabulous makeup job seeing as we had to get a stand-in at the last minute and when the makeup people were done the stand-in looked just like Healy.
Here’s how the double looked before the makeup.
That was really Healy’s voice however; the stand in had to lip sync.
Seriously – how on earth did you think we could have our party chair attending a ziti dinner in Putnam the same day he was working with the folks in New York’s 20th district?
Healy has at minimum 4 body doubles; that way he can be everywhere at once…..and frequently is!
