Connecticut’s own Senior Senator and Presidential candidate is EVERYWHERE today.
- DKos: Coming in a strong second in this month’s KOS straw poll.
- Dodd Country: Endorsed by The General & The Editors.
- Kickin’ Ass: Praised by FireDogLake’s Jane Hamsher & Open Left’s Chris Bowers.
- Oath of Office: And finally Dodd posts a diary on the influential Democratic blog Blue Hampshire.
And that sampling of posts only scratches the surface. Chris Dodd’s threatened hold on FISA has really struck a chord. The campaign tells me that he’s raised over 200K in online donations since Friday. There’s an air of excitement around Chris Dodd. Dodd-mania has begun.

And he still can’t get more than the margin of error
I heard Dodd and his family were moving to Iowa, what a representative!!!
LOSER – his own party won’t ever pay attention to him and he’s going nowhere in his presidential bid – just taking a BIG vacation on taxpayers money.
His old man was a crook and so is he, just in a smarter way.
So, stop all the post on Dodd, he is a “no where man”
Has GOP Chairman Chris Healy, gone into full melt-down mode?
One must imagine he was up all night, on a binge, to publish such a sad attack under his own name.
Okay, I understand Chris doesn’t like Edith Prague, and that there might have been a legitimate incident regarding her Shit-zu. But that kind of diary as representing the political dialogue being fostered by the top CT GOP official?
I think it’s called a nose dive, or a death roll, or a cry for help.

And the personal attacks continue….
>>And the personal attacks continue….
Yup.
But even my wittier posts seem to disappear as if by magic in a matter of mere seconds!
Is it the pot calling the kettle black, or the kettle calling the pot black. I forget.
Boys, read what Healy wrote, and then tell me it is somehow befitting a Party chairman. Calling Edith Prague a piece of shit? Chairman Healy has been hanging around anonymous bloggers too much.
And yeah, I’m going to continue to point out the aberration which is Chris Healy talking about crime or character from his not-so-lofty perch.
All I can say about Dodd is that he is missing votes in Washington – and that’s a real good thing in my book
I hope he campaigns far away from CT and from Washington DC!
I for one am happy he is missing votes in D.C. given his voting record.
Maybe I should actually write him a check to keep his flailing campaign going on as long as possible.
Oh CT Blue, I for one can not hear that Edith Prague Dog Poop StoryStory enough times.
Why? Because it so poignantly illustrates how liberals think the rules should apply to everyone but them.
However it you are bored hearing it, I have a brand new Edith Prague Story to share that illustrates that the Edith Prague Dog Poop Story was not an isolated incident blown out of proportion:

I love how you rhetorically ask if people like Chris Shays or Chris Healy have absolutely gone bananas, post a link that, when read, suggests nothing of the kind.
I thought that post was actually pretty funny. And I agree with John M. I can never hear that story of the little dog crapping enough… it really is a character study on her.
RE: Dodd.
“Dodd mania has begun” ???
Oh how I wish I could believe that. That would definitely make things more fun around here. Sadly, I don’t think he’s even poised to come in third in his own home state. But we’ll see!
Hey ‘wingers. If you don’t think the Shit-zu attack on Edith Prague is beneath your State Chair, so be it. Healy is, after all, the chosen head of your party, not mine.
Luckily we’ll never see Nancy DiNardo carrying on in such an immature way. But if she did sink so low as to start attacking elected Republicans online, — via the blogs, — I’d have the good sense to call for her replacement. (that won’t happen though, because DiNardo has her house in order.)

I see. Just so long as she doesn’t attack Republicans on blogs, she is acceptable. I presume attacks on Republicans via other mediums would be acceptable to you? Or are you suggesting that a party chair should never attack the other party?
No… DiNardo doesn’t attack… she even wrung her hands over what to do with your party’s most sinister traitor…
