Second District Congressman Joe Courtney’s Campaign Staff is hard at work building a grass roots effort to ensure his reelection for a second term in November.  Local politically active democrats can expect a letter similar to the one below in their e mail or snail mail boxes in the very near future.

The full list of accomplishments is a six page .pdf document that goes into detail regarding the accomplishments mentioned in the letter and many others.  It is a very effective listing that shows Courtney has done more than work for building two submarines.  How he has applied his expertise in health care issues, education and the environment are highlighted.  The pamphlet also cites incidents of constituent service in many areas from veterans, to seniors, and businesspersons.  If this product is any example, we can expect a high quality and fact filled campaign from the Courtney Camp in the following months.  By the way, volunteers can sign up at the Courtney web site, http://www.joecourtney.com.
